phishing scam asking for your Google user login

I got this in my gmail today. It is a phishing scam asking for your Google user login and password after some sort of IQ test. Luckily I wasnt curious enough to take the test but I fear that someone I know that has me as their contact in their address book has unwittingly divulged this sensitive information.
